Taste of Nyonya

It is a story of foreign workers in Taiwan. One thai guy comes to make money, falls in love, but ends up in jail. One Indonesian girl started out bad because of cultural differences but ends up marrying a local Taiwanese and stays. Another Indonesian girl, as part of the story and a narrator at the same time, experiences the connection with her employer, loss of her husband, and comes back to Taiwan to work again. I did not think twice when the Indonesian narrator won the best actress in our film festival and they made a big deal out of it, but was really moved by how those amateur actors tell this story naturally, which may happen anytime around me when it showed on TV during Chinese New Year. Too bad I cannot find any English information.
